KORVANIKorvani sells digital products, including printable workbooks and downloadable resources. Because these are delivered electronically and can be downloaded or printed right away, we keep our refund policy simple and clear.
All sales are final
Once a digital product has been delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable. Digital and printable products cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or accessed. This is consistent with our Terms of Service.
When we will make it right
We want you to actually be able to use what you bought. If any of these happen, email us and we will fix it:
- You were charged but never received your download.
- Your file is corrupted, will not open, or will not download.
- You were accidentally charged twice for the same product.
- You bought the wrong product by mistake and have not downloaded it.
Please reach out within 14 days of your purchase and include your order number or the email you used at checkout.

Before you dispute a charge
If something went wrong, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a payment dispute, and we genuinely want to help.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where a refund is required by law, we will honor it.
