1. Peer Support, Not Therapy or Medical Advice
Korvani provides peer support content, educational resources, and self-help tools based on lived experience. Korvani is not a therapist, counselor, physician, or licensed clinical provider, and nothing on this Site is therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Services do not replace care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.) or your local emergency number, or seek a qualified provider.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or create an account. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to disrupt the Site, access it through automated means without permission, infringe others' rights, or use the content in any way these Terms do not allow.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, workbooks, downloads, logos, and the Korvani name and brand, is owned by Korvani LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. 5. Digital Products and Purchases
We sell digital products such as guided workbooks and downloadable resources. When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own personal use. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or where we choose to make an exception at our discretion.
